Documenting one of the most powerful moments of your life.
Birth is raw, sacred, and beautifully unpredictable. Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, home birth, or something in between, I’m honored to walk alongside you and quietly preserve the moments that matter most; the ones that often unfold so quickly in the middle of everything else.

Birth coverage includes on-call availability from 38–42 weeks, with coverage beginning during active labor and continuing through delivery and approximately 1–2 hours postpartum.
Because of the on call nature and limited availability, birth coverage is reserved for a select number of clients each month.

How soon should we expect to see the photos?
I love to share a sneak peek within 24-48 hours of your session so you to get a glimpse of the magic while you wait for your full gallery. All galleries are delivered within 3-5 weeks and wedding galleries are delivered within 6-10 weeks.

What is required to book?
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date, along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due prior to your session or wedding. Once your date is reserved, you’ll receive next steps along with everything you need to prepare for your session or wedding.

How do I access / download the photos once they're delivered?
All photographs are delivered through a beautiful + user friendly online gallery. Your gallery is sent via email with a secure pin which allows you to download the files directly to any device.

How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and busy seasons, as my calendar fills quickly and dates are limited. Sessions and wedding dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, and once a date is booked, it is no longer available. Early inquiry is the best way to ensure availability for your preferred date.
How many images will I receive?
I deliver all usable, professionally edited images from your session. I don’t limit your gallery to a set number, and I include multiple variations when helpful. Most sessions result in more images than a minimum quoted count

What if there is bad weather?
If weather becomes an issue due to rain, extreme temperatures, or unsafe conditions, we’ll either reschedule or move your session indoors. As a FTP client, you also have access to my indoor studio space + greenhouse. If you prefer an outdoor location, we can adjust to a new date.

Where should we take our photos?
I have a variety of local spots perfect for clients in the West Georgia area, including my venue and studio space located in Bowdon, Georgia. I provide a location guide with photos, details, and options for you to choose from, which is sent after booking. I’m always happy to photograph at a location that is meaningful to you or travel if needed (see travel fees below).

Do you backup your photos?
Yes. After each session or wedding, your images are backed up on my hard drive in addition to the original SD cards until your gallery is delivered. Once delivered, your images are stored in your online gallery for one year for easy access and download.

What forms of payment do you accept? Do your prices include tax?
I accept Venmo, cash and card. Please reach out prior to booking if you plan to pay through Venmo. Taxes are included in the total

What should I wear for my shoot?
Wear something that feels comfortable and true to your style. Neutral tones always photograph great. Colors like black, white, cream, brown, and warm earthy shades are always a safe choice. Avoid overly bright colors and busy patterns, as they can be distracting in final images.

What happens if I have to reschedule?
Life happens! I am flexible when it comes to cancellations and reschedules. If something comes up on your end, please let me know as soon as possible and we will work together to find a new date that fits your schedule.

Do you provide unedited/RAW images?
No. The final images are the result of my full editing process. I carefully hand edit each photo to reflect my style and bring the moment to life. RAW or unedited images are not delivered, as the finished gallery represents the completed work.

What are your travel fees?
I love to travel! For sessions, the first 50 miles from Bowdon, GA are included. For locations beyond that, travel is charged at $0.60 per mile. For destination sessions, travel is billed at cost and typically includes transportation, accommodations for two nights, and any necessary rental car fees. If you have a destination in mind, feel free to reach out for a custom quote.

Does the photographer retain copyright to the images?
Yes. I retain copyright to all images, which allows me to share them for portfolio and marketing purposes. Through your contract, you are granted personal printing & posting rights. Your images are yours to keep, print, share and enjoy!
